· Using what you have learned about yourself through leadership self-assessment and skills analysis, assess your skills based on the scoring for each “dimension.”

· Take an extra step and apply how each “dimension” can guide your management style.

· Critically analyze how your career path and MBTI scores come together. Keep in mind that “marginal or no preference” for a dimension, may place you in a different category which could change results. Consider this in your self-analysis.
