Project Plan Development for a Project of Your Choice

With your assigned group members, select a project (actual, completed, to be completed or under planning - this may include a project you are actually working on or one you are thinking of implementing). Many thousands of example projects are available in the literature and online.

Inform your lecturer of the name of your project before the end of week 6 of the term via email. This is your responsibility and it carries a penalty of up to 30% of the final mark of this assessment if you fail to inform your lecturer of your chosen project.

Conduct research into similar or related projects to find as much information about what would typically be involved in such a project. Find appropriate templates for the different project management tools and customize them to the unique needs of your particular project.
