consider your work or academic experience to consider any strategies you have witnessed; then, with knowledge offered from this class and the textbook, consider 3 strategies you have observed as a success or failure and provide the reasons why. These strategies can relate to personnel hiring and staffing, training procedures, project management, financial goals and targets, along with any other topics issues that are relevant to this class.

You will then what to conduct a Google search on the strategy area you are focusing on for your chat and identify three sources to list at the start of your discussion in the chatroom. Your discussion must run for a minimum of 40 minutes.

Do not wait until the final days of the semester to complete your chat. We all have busy schedules, and you will want to allow plenty of lead time to form or join a group, identify your topic, conduct your search, and determine dates and times that will work.

After your chat, you will then submit the transcript into the dropbox and email a copy directly to me through the course.
