1- What is the company name and what it does, including its mission vision and objectives?

2- Who is the manager; provide his/her name and designation?

3- Draw the organization structure of the company?

4- Do SWOT Analysis of the company and provide your findings?

Task 2 : (10 Marks)

Choose a real leader and discuss the following:

1- Back ground and biographical details

2- The leader qualities or traits helped them to become a leader.

3- The leadership style. Give reasons why you think so.

Task 3: (10 Marks)

A detailed description of the development stages on your group. The assessment of how the groups work progressed has to cover the points given in the checklist given below.

3.	NORMING	-Are the roles, responsibilities and tasks clear to everyone? -What are the roles, responsibilities and tasks of different members of the group? -Are all the members committed to group work? -Are there any group rules or norms?
4.	PERFORMING	-How did the group perform? -Were there any problems in making the creative Project? -How did the group solve them? -How did you monitor the group performance?
5.	ADJOURNING	-How did you disperse the group? -Is this stage relevant in your case? Why or why not?
