As we have seen throughout the course, Operations Management is an important part of all successful businesses. The techniques of Operations Management apply throughout the world to virtually all productive enterprises.
For our final project your group will select an existing Canadian company from any of the core disciplines we have discussed (Health Care, Retail, Services, Food Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, or Manufacturing).
Using the information you have learned throughout the semester AND outside research, create a comprehensive operations plan for your chosen business focusing on the primary factors of Goods and Service design, Quality, Process and Capacity, Location, Layout, Scheduling and Sequencing, and Inventory Management.

Written Document Specifications:
· All outside research must be cited using APA standards - plagiarism will be treated very seriously and could result in a zero grade
· All research must be used within your report (not just listed at the end) – APA format references are required.
· Submissions must be typed and submitted to the “Submissions” dropbox (emailed submissions will not be accepted)
· Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format (Please no PDF if possible)
· Reports are to be double spaced using a font size of 12
· Late is late – no exceptions
