Abstract

This hypothetical scenario aim is to assess Coca-Cola's operations to create a better business plan. Especially when Coca-Cola has operations in more than three countries. Through essence, the writer will develop or modify a business plan in these evaluations to help the company stay ahead of the competition. It's critical to enhance and consolidate the plan in order to achieve this aim.

Executive and Company Summary

Business success is increased when investors can see the potential of the firm for which a business plan is created. The executive summary acts as the organization's proof to readers that the business plan's objectives are realistic and attainable. Business plans may aid organizations in taking steps to enter a new market by assisting them in understanding the tools and resources required to achieve their goals.

Executive Summary

1. Coca-Cola company

Coca-Cola, a well-known multinational business, is the undisputed leader in production, distribution, and marketing with a workforce of over 700,000. Working for the corporation has as its goals maintaining its popularity and market leadership while also enhancing inclusiveness and diversity inside the organization. Waters, sodas, juice, energy drinks, and coffee are among the non-alcoholic beverages they promote.

Hence, the responsibility of an employee is to advance diversity and inclusion inside the workplace and to guarantee that the firm is well-liked and successful in the marketplace, all of which are consistent with the organization's mission, goal, and vision. Helping the company remain popular and prosperous in the market is the goal of working for it.

Therefore, aligning the mission statement with the CEO's objectives is in the best interest of the business since I am employed as a human resource manager.

2. Mission Statement

Coca-Cola's mission is to refresh the world in mind, body, and spirit via our products and activities, to inspire moments of optimism and enjoyment, and to create value and make a difference. When it comes to creating a difference in the world and among its workers, the mission statement addresses both internal and external audiences.

Workers and investors may discuss, brainstorm, and improve ideas. According to their goals and objectives for 2022, their main concepts are "leadership, teamwork, honesty, responsibility, passion, diversity, and quality." Furthermore, Coca-Cola promotes a sense of belonging among its employees and investors, which motivates people to assume responsibility and develop into trustworthy contributors to the overall success of the business.

3. Business Goals

One of the key objectives to concentrate on is to increase customer satisfaction. Coca-Cola pushes for a highly motivated workforce to provide customers with high-quality products and focuses on a target work rate. Make sure all employees are respected and given consideration as though they are essential to the business. ensuring that employees receive fair pay and appropriate benefits to enable them to support themselves and their families.

Coca-Cola's strategy for the next five years is to identify new emerging markets and work toward making their products more accessible to the public. By allocating resources, focusing on Coca-well-known Cola's brands, developing a dependable product, and maintaining variety in every market category, they will continue to blur the lines between Coca-Cola in the United States and the rest of the world. Coca cola will focus on product diversification.

Healthy eating is a new consumer trend. Incorporating health and non-carbonated drinks to those rural areas where no one drinks carbonated sodas is ideal. The goal is to utilize local feedbacks to make new creations of the merchandise, as well as enhancements in the distributional and logistical operations for rural regions.

Three things spring to mind when discussing the secrets to success with Coca-Cola: globalization, marketing, and innovation. The company has a strong global presence and an excellent retail and distribution network. It also boasts an industry-leading advertising, and a well-known brand name.
In terms of marketing, Coca-Cola is renowned for being one of the innovators of the modern marketing paradigm. They represent advertising at its best, and their strategies and personalities are appealing. A refreshing recipe that people enjoy and drink all across the world is still presented in their tagline, which has been in place for more than a century.
Coca-Cola has been able to consistently produce and introduce new goods. Their refrigeration technology and eco-friendly packaging are driven by innovation. Coca-Freestyle Cola's mobile app is one of their latest vintage initiatives. "It's granting people, colleagues at all levels, the freedom to explore, try new things, question the current quo, and even fail".

Coca-Cola employs an assumed worldwide strategy as a result of globalization. Variations in packaging, media, and distribution are made possible by this. This is done in numerous nations and geographical places. As a result, each region's specific regional marketing plan is used to concentrate the global approach.

Corporations may encounter a variety of ethical and legal problems. The highest ethical standards are met when business deals are made that are not in the best interests of the customers or the employees. Examples include using subpar ingredients and contaminated workstations to produce contaminated products, and on the other end, mistreating employees.

Legal problems can readily result from unethical behavior, such as a polluted production facility or failing to adhere to OSHA safety regulations. Large firms, like Coca-Cola, frequently hire legal counsel as well as public relations specialists to negotiate with the press and the public. Any court case's result has the potential to either improve or damage a company's reputation.

Beginning in 1886 in Atlanta, Coca Cola has grown to a mega corporation that is a staple of America. Coke covers almost every beverage and are grouped into seven different sectors. The company prides itself in offering consumers variety of beverages for any occasion. Here is a list of the sectors:

· Adult: Schweppes Mixers, and Appletiser Family.

· Refreshment: Coca- Cola, Fanta, and Sprite.

· Hydration: Rose's, Abbey Well, and Schweppes.

The world is home to a large number of facilities spread throughout many nations. The requirement for several facilities and warehouses close to one another is necessitated by the company's provision of a range of items. The goal is to extend into every cafe, bar, club, supermarket, and gas station in the most populous cities of each nation.

By 2030, Coca-Cola hopes to reduce its carbon impact by 25% compared to a baseline year of 2015. By returning 100% or more of the water used in its drinks, the firm tries to conserve water as much as possible. Most of the resources used to make Coca- Cola's products are supplied by businesses that offer sustainable resources (Simply Wall St, 2022).

Coca-Cola has given more than $7 million to support the Great Barrier Reef in Australia from 2009, a span of almost 13 years. Coca-Cola is working to develop and preserve sustainable resources, not only for their business but for the entire planet. Coca-Cola Company achieved returns on average invested assets of 11.86 percent in the second quarter, below the industry average (Macrotrends.net, 2022) The ROCE for Coca-Cola appears to be significantly higher than the 10 percent industry average (Macroaxis.com, 2022).

Coca-Cola's long-term goals include achieving steady revenue growth of 4 to 6 percent and operating income growth of 6 to 8 percent, producing considerable EPS growth, and enhancing free cash flow conversion. Coca-Cola concentrates on the Total Beverage Company Strategy, shifting their creation towards top value generation. They have set themselves up for success and planned for growth, risk, and uncertainty (Coca-Cacolacompany.com, 2018).

All in all, due to its globalization of operations and welcoming attitude toward individuals from various backgrounds, Coca-Cola has emerged as a significant force in contemporary culture. With health at the heart of the current corporate expansion, Coca-Cola is positioned to set the benchmark for the finest practices for a major firm when it comes to sustainable resources and reducing their carbon footprint.
