I was hired as a server from the start, where I had overcome the top seller in my restaurant in the first three months of starting. My outstanding customer service, work efficiency, communication skills, and top sales was acknowledged by my general manager. This resulted in me getting moved to 2nd in charge leader for big parties that would eat at our restaurant. This role is typically given to servers that have been there for over a year and that has had prior server experience at other restaurants.

Food Handler July 2017-October 2019
I was hired as a cashier but was promoted to drive thru handout two months later for having outstanding social skills towards the customers. This was given due to multiple complements customers were giving to my managers about my work. Two months later I was promoted once again for high volume of compliments. For this promotion the district manager herself came out to my store to congratulate me and gave me other side opportunities I could do to receive additional pay. I was promoted a total of four times while working there while also receiving safety leader awards and most reliable worker award 3 times. I left In N Out as a level 5, nearing the finish to level 6 promotion, which is the highest level a associate can be before management.
