Assessment 1 -The assessment will evaluate the student’s ability to identify the criteria for Project Success and failure; must be supported by evidence from real life projects. This is an individual task. Assessment’s 1 presentations will be conducted during the class time on week 6 & 7. Every student must present. No marks will be given to students who miss their in-class presentation’s allocated time.

Intro- It is difficult to distinguish between project failure and success or partial failure or success. What appears to be a failure at one point in the life of the project may look like success in another. If we divide all projects into 2 general categories according to the degree to which the project is understood, we find some interesting differences in the nature and timings of the perceived difficulties in carrying out a project. These perceptions have a considerable effect on project management.
