Business level strategy

Pick a company you're familiar with (apart from Walmart and Toyota), and use the relevant materials from the chapters and videos to succinctly answer the following questions:

· What generic strategy are they pursuing, and what leads you to that conclusion?

Note: There are 3 types of business strategy (differentiation, cost leadership, Focus strategy)

· Are they successfully achieving their intended strategy, and what leads you to that conclusion?

· Identify one competitive action (either tactical or strategic) that the company has taken in pursuit of its strategy, and discuss the likelihood that their competitors would respond to it (and why or why not)

Note: Also, don't assume that a company is strategically successful just because it's big, or well known.
