'I am interested in finding out about preferences and perception. To do this I will be taking a semi-quantitative approach (? give a definition) to provide descriptive statistics. I am not conducting a very large survey and therefore I will not be using SPSS to analyse correlations. (Saunders Lewis and Thornhill 2012). This means I am using a Case (define what a case is …. refer to Robert Yin )questionnaire.
A case is "An empirical inquiry that closely examines a contemporary phenomenon (the case) within its real-world context."
