The initial career choice was solidified, and more knowledge was learned to ensure the job's roles and responsibilities were met well. The solidification was enhanced by attending the related training and workshops while interacting with the professionals in the career field.

Yes, new strategies for finding HR jobs like assessing the current capacity and developing the talent strategies were learned. The strategies were essential to ensure I had a high competitive advantage in employment.

Will you be able to tailor your resume or profile or add a new LinkedIn connection because of this experience?

Yes, based on the connection, the resumed will be tailored towards concentrating on the selling points of the careers. This will enable me to stand out among many candidates in the same position.

How will you apply what you learned in the mentoring experience to move forward in your HR career?

From the mentoring experience, I learned about tailoring my resume, creating innovations, and having a positive work ethic, enhancing one to fit in any of the work positions. These aspects will be applied when making the resume, applying for a position, and interacting with colleagues. Besides, it will also be applied during a job search to ensure the positions are well applied for with appropriate adjustments on the resume.
