Discussion Questions – 2 pts each (12 pts total)

Mentoring Proposal & Reflection – 8pts (8 pts total)

• Proposal contains a formal mentoring solution and incorporates the answers to questions 1, 2, and 5 into the proposal. Mentoring solution is supported by scholarly works.

• Ideas are clearly and thoroughly in the document and your answers to the questions are clearly supported in the writing.
