A 55 yea old cisgender female. Menarche at 11. G2P2 came to the clinic complaining of light vaginal bleeding, since 2 weeks ago, intermittent, no cramping. Her last menstrual period was tree years ago. She is currently taking daily hormone replacement therapy, estrogen and progesterone for more than one year. She is obese, with a history hypertension, controlled with lisinopril, and hypothyroidism, taking daily levothyroxine. Her menopause symptoms include hot flashes, irritability, sleeping problems. Her last mammogram was two years ago, and pap smear was done 4 years ago, both screening test were normal. The primary diagnosis is endometrial cancer based on the clinical presentation and her risk factors of her age, obesity, early menarche, essential hypertension, and hypothyroidism.
