25%  Describing the organization, explanation of the scenario, problems, and opportunities present.

60%  Describe in detail the recommendations and decisions for the approved scenario, including pros/cons of each recommendation and how/why you came to the data informed set of decisions. Elaborate on 3 KPIs that are part of the decision making process and why they were chosen. Include any relevant charts and graphics as evidence for proposed strategy.

10%   Describe any alternative recommendations for the organization
