SUBJECT: ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING CHALLENGES

This is to inform you that the established challenges within this insurance consultant organization is shifting from personal learning to organizational level learning. Though several organizations experience this challenge it is very critical to understand that this need to be dealt with. Necessary mechanisms need to be put in place to ensure that the employee and all company stakeholders realize the need of organizational learning compared to individual learning.

The identified barriers towards successful organizational learning are

· Competition among employees due to the nature of their job

Competition brings have communication disconnect something which acts as limitation towards organizational learning

· Lack of interpersonal trust. Something which causes communication barrier since employees cannot trust each other.

· Lack of a proper managed and reliable communication system within the organization.

The organization lacks a clear communication system which establishes who should communicate what, to who and how.

After identifying the barriers it is good to come up with the best mechanism which will help in transition. Offline/external transition method will be the best since it establishes a strong relationship between the employees. Also this method opens up employees to external facilitators and employees where they can open up and learn a lot.

As a management it is good to put in place clear integrity and issue orientation systems together with improving the communication systems. This will facilitate towards effective communication and bring along trustworthiness between members. Additionally, all levels of integrity will improve something which will help the organization to shift from their current learning method. t is good to note that after establishing the challenges extra time is needed to design effective control measures which will help in managing the situation and bring along the necessary.
