Since rocket boards became the best-selling skateboards in California our company became more and more profitable. The rocket board became one of our company's most successful products. Recently there have been some critics in the society who say that our rocket boards are dangerous and accuse our company of having no business ethics. Their actions are affecting our sales of rocket boards. In order to make the development of the company more smoothly I have the following ideas.

Legal and ethical Liability

We don't have any legal and ethical issues selling rocket boards to people. Skateboarding is a very useful piece of sports equipment for people. It can keep people healthy and played away from people. This prevents contact with people and COVID-19 infection. Rocket boards are not inherently dangerous products and their users create their own dangers in dangerous way of play.

· Illegal behavior: Some consumers have been injured while using our rocket boards without helmet caps. According to the California Constitution, riders must Wear a Helmet, kneepads, and Elbow Pads at designated skate (parkshttps://www.skatereview.com/skateboard/skateboarding-laws-usa/)

Their illegal behavior caused them to be injured and our company is not responsible for any legal liability.

· Quality assurance: If the user is injured when using the rocket board due to the quality of the rocket board, he must have bought a pirated rocket board. Our rocket boards are approved under the U.S. Safety Equipment Act so there are no quality issues.

· Warning signs: In order to remind the users to pay attention to safety, the front of the rocket board manufactured by our company will be written with the cautions. Such as, please wear helmet and knee protection, do not engage in dangerous operations, please ride a skateboard at the place prescribed by law.

Improve the product

Considering that our rocket board has children buyers. For their safety I decided to improve the quality of the rocket board and make some modifications and enhancements to it. When the rocket board is modified, our rocket board can reduce the criticism of our product by many critics and also promote the sales of the rocket board and increase the company's revenue. I think of the following ways to improve the rocket board.

· Intelligent gyroscope: In order to prevent children from accidentally falling and injuring themselves while playing the rocket board, I decided to install a remotely controlled gyroscope on the bottom of the rocket board. · Intelligent airbag: We can install a compressed smart airbag inside the skateboard. The airbag won't pop when people are playing. The airbag pops when the skateboard senses that the user is off balance. It will determine the user's landing position based on the last direction before using the off-balance. Making more money

Although the pandemic has taken a huge toll on the US economy, the pandemic is a huge business opportunity for us. We need to seize this opportunity and profit from it. Our profit this year has reached ten million dollars. That's not enough because we can still make more money. Now that many medical experts have developed a vaccine for COVID-19. That means time is running out for this commercial opportunity. During the pandemic, people rarely go outside, which is good for skateboarders to do outdoor sports. In order to expand sales and gain more profits, I think of the following ways.

· TV advertisements: We can expand the popularity of rocket skateboard through TV advertisements and tell people that skateboard is good for people and interesting. Then we'll have more consumers.

· Flyer: We can post rocket board fliers on the street and in some residential areas. When skateboarders see our fliers, they will be attracted to buy our rocket boards.

COVID-19 will one day be completely cured. Until then, we should make good use of it to benefit the company. I believe that after the pandemic, our company will be bigger and more famous than before.
