Coca-Cola business plan

Executive summary

The Coca-Cola Company is a company that has been the biggest soft drink manufacturer and owns the biggest market in the world. There is a need to make plans for the company, which will only be possible if all employees in the company work together to achieve the company's objective. The company has been there, and there are plans to extend the company shortly and increase its market worldwide. There are plans to start producing a variety of canned foods other than dealing with soft drinks only. Soft drinks manufacturing has been the only thing that we have been doing and has been working well, and now we want to introduce canned food manufacturing. This will require cooperation from employees for it to stand and acquire a market in the world (Abrams, 2003).

Starting a canned food manufacturing company will be filling a gap that is currently in the market. There are fewer companies in the market who are dealing with canned food, meaning that there are less canned foods in the market. This will also help store food during winter when you are unable to reach the markets. This will greatly help when you are somewhere where you can't be able to cook or buy cooked food. All the problems that we have identified in the market will be solved by manufacturing canned food, which will be sold at an affordable price for all the customers to afford. Our target market for this business is all the people who use canned food to save time required for cooking because of work. Most of the population in the world prefer canned food because it is easier to prepare in cases where you have a family (Blackwell, 2008).

The competition will be high in this area, but we will try as much as possible to make us unique through branding and packaging. Our food will also be cheaper, and the methods of advertising will be the best so that it can reach as many people as possible. Our Coca-Cola project has properly funded the company and, therefore, won't have any financial issues while starting. So far, we have made much progress because we have already built the structure of the factory, and therefore the next move will be installing machines (Finch, 2006).

Opportunity

This project will be dealing with canned foods, and we are working to fill the gap in the market. We will use various methods to solve the problem that already exists in the market. We will be able to produce food which can be stored for a longer period. Our target market is the whole world because we are looking forward to supplying the food to all the countries on various continents (Blackwell, 2011).

Execution

There will be a process that will be involved in making the identified opportunity into a business. We require a strong sales plan which will take place when the operations in the factory get started. We are looking forward to giving people the chance to taste our foods, and we will also do free deliveries and discounts to customers. We will advertise our company through all the media so that most people will get the information (Blackwell, 2008).

Company and management summary

The company will hire IT experts to always ensure that the information technology department works well. The company's location will facilitate a good transportation network because there is a good variety of tarmac roads. There is also a nearby railway station which will ensure that all deliveries are made on time. We expect the best management practices so that the company can achieve its objectives (Pinson, 2008).
