There is a problem with the value of the medical supplies we collect from donors, and we need to engage our stakeholders in assessing ethical standards in order to maintain a committed ethical code.
Working as an accountant within the organization has led to the identification of different issues that, if resolved, will lead to better results. In this case, the most important thing is to assess the economic value of any business. Although we have a responsibility to receive products and ship them to developing countries, it is still necessary to assess the value of the products supplied. Some entities may offer products below the value they report to the IRS. I think it is unethical to work and help deceive in order to maintain the values of the organization. It's clear that some of our donors may over-quote the amount of funds they donate or donate to charity products in order to reduce their tax liability. Finally, the accounting measures we have implemented should be strengthened to create a better organization of accountability to stakeholders. Better accountability to stakeholders will give the CEO a better reputation. We should strive to defend the values of the organization and engage with donors in a transparent and responsible manner.
In a conclusion, further analysis of reporting systems will allow us to come up with better procedures. If the organization allows this deception to continue under its watch, it will be responsible for the same unethical behavior of donors. I believe we can resolve possible conflicts within the organization by strengthening the accountability process of the organization. I believe that working ethically and responsibly helps achieve the overall goals of the organization.
Best regards,
Ben
