Learning Family Structure

My role in the education on my grandson is to participate in any activity they name need to be present for.

In the learning environment, I can support my grandson by helping him learn new things and how to be independent. At home, I can support my grandson providing him with learning opportunities and fun adventures.

Only if I had to drop off or pick up something.

I would prefer to be called directly. I don't know how to work those apps.

My role in the education of my child is to review material with him daily. Also, I feel like it is important for me to speak with his teacher to see what specific topics she is teaching during circle time.

In the learning environment, I can support my child's education by asking his teacher for activities to help with anything he may be struggling with at school. As for their home environment, I will encourage my son, whether they fail or exceed, by showing them helpful ways to review topics being taught at school or I may notice at home.

I volunteer in his learning environment by volunteering to pick up lunch for his teachers or for his peers. Also, I may come in to participate in a parent activity his teacher hosts.

I feel like my son’s classroom embraces our background and cultures as well as the other students in his class. I feel this because he attends daycare with a very diverse group of students. His teacher explains the importance of holidays to students.

I prefer text messages, but in regards to technology, I love the idea of using class dojo because of the behavior feature.
