In thinking about how well the organization applies cultural and linguistic competence, this checklist (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. developed by the National Center for Cultural Competence for organizations wishing to self-evaluate may be useful for you to figure out what questions you should seek to answer.
A well-done presentation will include a discussion of how well the organization meets (or doesn’t meet) CLAS standards, along with other concepts and frameworks for cultural competency that have been discussed throughout the quarter. You are expected to demonstrate that you have retained many (if not all) of the concepts, definitions, terms, and ideas from the course.
This will be a 10-minute presentation
