Omeprazole 20mg po q 6h----< for GERD

Heparin -----< DVT prophylaxis

Crestor ------< Dyslipidemia

Zyprexa 5mg 3 times /day----< encephalopathy

Oxycodone 5mg q 6h PRN-----< severe pain

Olanzapine 2.5 mg tabs
