Elise de Wolfe The classical Trellis room on the left was designed by Elise de Wolfe for the New York Country Club.This room had a 3D grid pattern (vine clad walls) with a soft color palette and included a great use of space. The modernized version of the Trellis room looks like it was a living room that included a soft turquoise color, the clad wall grids and a wooded square flannel floor.I liked the adding of the floral pattern in the semicircle above the fireplace. Between both versions of the Trellis rooms, I love the classical version the best because of the vine clads having plants in them and also the authenticity of the room.

Classical Modern

The Sister Parish designs are a mix of conservative and pattern, which I admire design idea so much. Parish uses patterned upholstery on rugs and curtains, like the ones seen in her classical design in the White House. The Modern design , in my opinion, is over pattern dor has a clash of patterns. This would be a high stylized Sister Parish design. Out of both of the designs, the classical design is better. The classical design is more subtle, well balanced and spaced out, even with a clash of patterns.

In this view, the Draper design was variations of

blue with a white molding and flooring (marble) to give

off a calming aura.

Dorothy Draper

Classical

Dorothy Draper design was a bold, upholstery patterned,

with a side of clashiness. She also used some geometric and vertical/horizontal line works.

Modern

This modernized Draper design was in the TV show,

Jane the Virgin. The room had blue and white furnishings

with a collection of patterns which actually meshed will

with their outfits.

Modern Modern

I personally like the classical version of Dorothy Draper

design. I think her color themes went together better

than the modernized renditions.

Classical The originality to a design definitely brings out its Pureness especially in the materials. Though there are different versions, the originality of a specific piece is always important. When a reversion of a familial piece is done, we see a lot of price variations, which can surpass the price of the original piece, even it’s knock offs. Though I like the classical version, money wise, I would agree with the modernized design.

Originality in Design

Classical The classical version of this chair was made by a stain wood that is very much a low seating chair. It also has severe legs in the back but also event for legs in the front as well with a little spinal leeway for back support it also an actual backrest. I like the stain color of this chair.

Modern

The chairs abovdare really much innovative even they kept the same exact format as the class or chair. For the trails exactly like the model format of the classical chair, this has Sterlings steel legs with a geometric severe like legging will consist of the same exact wood pattern for the back and also for the seat. The other chair is interesting because not only is the shipping of the seat in the back connected with a single put a wood there is also a which type of a curved armrest with also Sabre legs.

Mid Century Modern

Pop The patent chair made by Vernon during the Pop Erawas a nice interesting flow without any back support with the stable legs that were nonexistent. The pressure that she would use while sitting down the chair wouldn’t go strictly to the missing legs in the back of the chair. I think this chair color is very nice and very spunky to be use for a wide range of abstract rooms are also a room and he’s a little bit of color cohesion. For the modern version I like how they had a little Bit of cushions. We also added wheels so it can be easier to slide across floors and also easier to move in separate rooms, but the classical one does not have chairs meeting that you have the scoot or lift up the chairs make sure they won’t be leaving any marks in the floor. I think for comfort wise I would like the modernized version better just because it has cushion, but for artistic and for a room to not be so blend so boring, I would close the classical version because it has as nice flow to it and doesn’t really disturb any other piece of furniture.
