Donald’s and Richard, and until to date, the company does not receive any financial support from the government. Despite M.C. Donald’s being a large scale fast-food dealing company, the company has registered some critical issues that have led to the loss of a large number of customers and loss of trust from both royal and prime customers. Some of the vital challenges that this company is currently facing are Slow and Inaccurate Services and price sensitivity. Slow and Inaccurate services resulted after the company agreed to introduce new products and make them available to the customers. The company introduced new products such as Wraps and alternatives to eggs, which can be used as breakfast sandwiches last year ("Mcdonald’s Business Type and Purpose," 2020). As a result of this product diversity and inclusion, the company's customers experienced slowed down customer services hence lacking flexibility. As a result of these new products included in the company's menu, the prices raised drastically without the consent of their customer's thesis resulted in a large number of customers opting to buy foods from other company's such as KFC.

McDonalds Corporate Culture

MC Donald’s corporate culture extensively supports the overall co9mpnays position and supports its ultimate goals ("McDonald’s Organizational Culture Analysis - Panmure Institute," 2020). Since M.C. Donald’s food industry is one of the largest fast-moving food companies that have a large number of customers in a year, the resultant uses its organizational culture to attract a large number of customers across the globe. The company's corporate culture extensively emphasizes diversity and inclusion, which have led to the comma employing a large number of people and opening various restaurant outlets in multiple regions across the globe. This diversity and inclusion, which is strongly supported by the organizational culture, have resulted in the company indicating a progressive increase in their profit margin over the past and recent years. This company's corporate culture is the primary determinant and strengthens that have resulted in the ultimate success of the company.

Areas of weakness

The McDonalds corporate culture is robust since it has made it easier for the comma to develop in a short period. At the same, the company has improved its service qualities through Individual learning, People Centricity and organizational learning ("McDonald’s Organizational Culture Analysis - Panmure Institute," 2020). Despite the company having an influential corporate culture that is significantly supporting its overall international operation, the literature has not emphasized on individual excellence and performance. As a result of this, the company can be recommended to make the necessary changes that will result from increasing high-quality output and personal excellence improvements. Hence we can justify that the M.C. Donald’s corporate culture is the main trigger that has led to slow and inaccurate services to be provided to the customers since the company's culture is highly emphasizing on inclusion and diversity and other factors that can lead to the overall growth of the company in the international markets.
