The model established the portrait type as an ESFJ (Extraverting, Sensing, Feeling and judging) as the four pillars of my personality dimensions. Extraverting means that one’s energy is majorly directed towards other people. Sensing means that one is able to process information in a detailed and exact manner. Feeling means that one makes value-based decisions based on compassion and empathy. These were found to be the core personality dimensions. As an ESFJ, one fosters harmony and fruitful cooperation with other people. Notably, one is also a realist and a responsible leader among other people regardless of the underlying relationships. In responding to daily stressors, one is calm other than being tensed. This means that one shows optimism and self-confidence without much care to what other people think. Actually, when others appear worried, one is calm and relaxed which is portrayed in all situations.

Additionally, as an ESFJ one is sociable and supportive when working with other people. One is an active team player and uses both team-building and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and acquaintances. On the other hand, an ESFJ is also informative and ensures that the welfare of others is taken care of while making sure that risks is minimized through the most appropriate methods. Furthermore, an ESFJ has other strengths in organizing activities and processes as one seeks responsibilities and taking charge. One is hence a leader and shows attention to desires and needs of others. Additionally, an ESFJ is also an effective communicator and uses persuasion and effective non-verbal cues in the communication process. Finally, an ESFJ is motivated by collective goals while working in teams in an orderly fashion.
