Peer Review compare and contrast your ideas with their ideas. How are they similar/different?
In response to your peers, critique their justifications of how their concept or idea fits within the context of entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship to create change. Ask probing questions to challenge your peers to deepen their analysis and justification of their own ideas.

am currently going on 9 years working in the accounts receivable department for a global software company which unfortunately does not welcome new ideas and concepts.
My business plan would be to incorporate more intrapreneurship into my company. I feel it’s extremely important to hear employee’s thoughts and ideas on how things can be done more efficiently. Intrapreneurship is important because it is the change initiatives taken within a going concern by the people working in that organization (Edunote, 2019). Some people cannot adapt to change easily (especially managers), but when an organization has feedback from employees, it opens doors that can make changes that would improve processes, happiness, and still be able to follow the company’s goals and objectives.
My goal as a qualified leader would be to encourage more intrapreneurship by implementing employee surveys, departmental meetings, and meetings between departments to elaborate on what changes could be made to appease the company more efficient and pleasant to work for. A good company stems from good leaders. If you have bad leadership, a business will not have good, ethical results.

While reviewing our notes for this week, I found the answer to the question. “Justification for your concept or idea forms the foundation for business implementation plans, which is where leaders develop the rationale for their concept or idea” (Module Overview).
Let’s take the iPhone for instance which I have had since the 3 was released. iPhone began with the development of the iPod and Apple wanted to mimic its features but with increased functionality. (Apple). Do you remember the Blackberry? Eventually iPhone wiped them off the map with their innovation and functionality. Consumers would never have new or improved products without new ideas or concepts.
For my implementation plan, I will be opening a laser tag arena in Eureka, California. Entrepreneurship means birthing an idea or concept, including absorbing all the risks to make a profit because you know it will grow. Intrapreneurs are those who are working within your idea or concept bringing it to life.
