Introduction

Welcome to Kibby and Strand! This document should serve you with the basis of our company’s mission, goals, and objectives as a business. You should also find valuable information on our production, processing and shipping operations worked through our daily operations. Again, welcome to the team, we’re excited to have you!

Mission

Kibby and Strand’s mission is to produce reliable, quality textile products in record time to satisfied clientele in the competitive global industry. These promises entail Kibby and Strand’s dedication to continued positive customer engagement, through innovation, growth, and process improvement.

Goals

1. Produce and ship quality products to our customers while surpassing expectations.

2. Analyzing production and shipping concerns by incorporating productivity metrics of machinery and employees.

3. Growth in business through commitment and investment in operational equipment and assets. Additionally, providing employees with education and training as well as a balance of work life balance.

4. Continuous research and development progress to sustain as a relevant competitor worldwide.

Objectives

Kibby and Strand’s objective remains to be a tough competitor in a worldwide industry through meeting the demands of customers. Thoroughly, meeting the product, quality, and speediness to which meet and exceed customer satisfaction. These objectives are met with continual measurements of product evolution, productivity of assets, employees, and effectiveness of overall processes.

Organizational Chart

It is important to have the knowledge of how Kibby and Strand operates in conducting business in order to meet our employee and customer satisfaction goals. Below you will find a high-level organization chart of management and where you can expect to fall under. Any issues, concerns, or comments can be addressed through any appropriate executive, manager, or director below. Process Flow

The process flow at Kibby and Strand consists of processing and shipping products. The processing beginnings with contracted orders received which is then placed on a timeline based on customer rush date, existing orders in house, and priorty level. Once the process for an order is completed, the shipping department beginnings to package the order and ship it accomidating to the customer’s expected date if not sooner.

Conclusion

Here at Kibby and Strand we take pride in our quality of product, production process, clientile base, and employee diversity. We appreciate the relationships with both our employees and customers. We have selecting you to aid us in production and innvocation as our business continues to grow.
