Working with Tableau-Analyze Data
Part 1: Burnout Analysis: Bar Graphs
The employee survey responses were used to analysis the following questions below. There is
also a bar graph associated with each questions and responses.
1. Which gender is experiencing the burnout level “Pretty wiped out almost every day” most?
After reviewing the employee responses and analyzing the data it was determined 21 Female
employees are experiencing the burnout level the most. While males was 6.
2. Which male age group is experiencing the stress level, “A little stress that would be expected
with the ups and downs of life” at home the most? After reviewing the employee responses and
analyzing the data it was determined males age 50+ (17) were experiencing the stress level the
most.

3. Which leadership level strongly agrees with the fact that they love what they do? After
reviewing the employee responses and analyzing the data it was determined Managers (24)
were the leadership level that strongly agree with the fact that they love what they do
compared to other leadership levels.
4. Which gender with a tenure of 5+ years had the lowest number of responses for the
burnout level “I feel great! Energy to spare!”? After reviewing the employee responses and
analyzing the data it was determined, females had the lowest responses with 1. While males
was 3.

Part 2: Executive summary
1. Purpose and respondents: The purpose of the executive summary is to give executive
leadership a snap shot on how their employees are feeling in regards to burnout within the
company. It also allows for employees to give honest feedback to their executive leadership.
2. The bar graphs above each provides an illustration of my analysis for that particular questions
and help answer the questions with supporting data.
3. Recommendations: based on my analysis, I would recommend the two areas the company can
focus on to reduce employee burnout is focusing on female employees. Female employee’s
burnout levels and males employees over 50+ years old. These two areas had very high data
supporting extreme burnout.
