Greetings!

It is my pleasure to extend an invitation to join our team as a salaried web designer with Web

United. Your unique talents will certainly be an asset to us as you design websites for various

small businesses. You will work closely with the small business owner to better understand their

business structure, goals, and vision for the future. You will then design a website for that

business and make adjustments as necessary within a three-month window for each project.

Follow-up maintenance of the website will be on an as-needed basis. Web designers will be

given 5–7 clients at any time and are expected to be in contact with customers a minimum of 2

times per week with a deliverable schedule for milestones. The starting annual salary is $34,770

with the opportunity to earn bonuses ranging from $50 to $500 per project dependent upon the

success and timeline of each individual project.

Web United is a remote access company, and our employees are expected to provide their own

web design equipment. You will need the appropriate tools to successfully complete this job.

Web United will provide a $1,000 annual allowance for the purchase, maintenance, or upgrade

of computer systems related to the job.
