Martin Luther King's approach to nonviolent resistance focused on the ability to resist evil without resorting to violent behavior, seeking to win the understanding and friendship of the antagonist. The king asserted that evil should be opposed, not individuals committing evil actions. Individuals engaging in violent resistance should be prepared to suffer without retribution as suffering can be redemptive. Further nonviolent resistance should avoid external bodily violence and inner violence of the soul (Kendall, 2019). The nonviolent resister should refuse to shoot at and hate the opponent and be motivated by love. Lastly, the nonviolent resister should have deep faith in the future curtailing from the belief that the world is on the side of justice.
The four fundamental steps outlined in the Letter from a Birmingham Jail include a collection of the evidence to assess whether injustices are presented, engaging in negotiation, self-purification, and taking direct action. I agree with these basic steps because denying justice to one individual is a threat to fairness to all people. According to Martin Luther King, people in a country nation are interrelated, and it is incorrect to consent to justice in some positions but prejudice in others (Kendall, 2019). If unfairness exists anywhere, it is an adverse force and is destructive even to the location where justice presently subsists.

Feminism, commonly known as the women's movement, is a social movement and a series of Political campaigns advocating for reforms on various issues affecting women in society caused by the inequality between women and men. The key issues feminism is concerned about comprise: domestic violence, sexual harassment, honor crimes, the wage gap, sexual and reproductive rights, and female genital mutilation. The critical factor surrounding this issue is the belief that men are better and more superior to women.

Nonviolent resistance can overcome this social problem by women engaging in peaceful protests, demonstrations, strikes, and noncooperation to confront an adversary to build power and achieve gender equality in society. Nonviolent resistance is a technique of struggle where unarmed individuals challenge an opponent by using collective action to build power and accomplish their goals. In nonviolent resistance, people utilize nonviolent and creative methods such as protest and persuasion, noncooperation, civil disobedience, direct action strikes, boycotts, and education to struggling intense forces to influence and encourage social change. According to research, nonviolent resistance succeeded nearly 53 percent of the time compared to 25% for armed resistance(Mack, 2019). Therefore nonviolent resistance is twice as effective as violent campaigns.
4.
I would recommend the use of nonviolent resistance. Nonviolent methods that are disciplined and organized are more likely to succeed due to their great potential for provoking mass participation. The objective of nonviolent resistance is to create friendship and understanding hence awakening a sense of moral dishonor.
