PROJECT SCOPE

Project Objective

To construct a high-quality, District 4 Production Warehouse Move within seven months at a value that doesn't exceed $1million.

Deliverables

· A 5,000-square-foot open single roomed warehouse with one 500-square-foot office room.

· Definition of the format of operation of the material store (OMS)

· A completed garage insulated and sheet-rocked.

· Accepted and feasible technical architecture for Operation of Material Store (OMS)

· Delivery of the software programs that will help in the material keeping process.

· Test and acceptance of material warehouse.

· Design a training and usage warehouse plan (Collins, Parrish, & Gibson 2017).

Milestones

· Permits officiated—First 5 days

· Base poured— First 20 days of the first month

· Dry in. Framing, casing, plumber work, electrical work, and mechanic scrutiny work passed-First four months of the project duration

· Workbenches finished- the beginning of the 5th month

· Equipment packing-towards the end of the 5th month

· Final inspection— towards the end of the 6th month

· Warehouse opening at the middle of the 7th month (Fuller, Valacich, George, & Schneider, 2017).

Technical Requirements

· The warehouse has to adhere to the local construction codes.

· The warehouse outer wall padding has to concede with an “A” factor of 21.

· The warehouse floor padding must have to coincide with an “R” factor of 25.

· The warehouse garage will have to put up to five large-size official cars and four 20-foot track.

· The whole warehouse formation must surpass seismic strength codes (Harrison, & Lock, 2017).

Limits and Exclusions

· The warehouse will be constructed as per the provisions and plan of the original plan given by the client.

· The warehouse client is accountable for landscaping if any.

· Warehouse Air conditioning is exclusive however the pre-wiring is inclusive.

· The warehouse outworker has the right to call out services.

· The warehouse service provider is accountable for sub-contracted work.

· The warehouse area of work is limited to Monday through Friday, 0730hrs to 1730hrs (Kerzner, & Kerzner, 2017).
