6. Your trainer will advise whether the assessment should be digitally uploaded or submitted in hard copy. Assessments that are digitally uploaded should be saved in pdf format.
7. You must pass both assessments in the subject to pass the subject.

Prepare a project scope document for a market research project of your choice. Identify a problem that requires research from your workplace, or an enterprise of interest to you.

Identify a problem that requires research from your workplace, or an enterprise of interest to you, by analysing enterprise planning & performance documents
Step 2:
Consult with relevant personnel to determine research needs & draft research objectives
Step 3:
Consider all the elements required in project scoping in preparation to prepare a completed document
Assessment task to submit Prepare a project scope document for your proposed market research project, ensuring each of the following elements are included:
f Project name & project manager (researcher)
f Client and stakeholders (7 mark)
f Brief background identifying the enterprise and the problem or the issues on why the research is needed (7 marks)
f A statement/s of the market research needs (5 marks)
f Research objectives (5 marks)
f An estimate of the human, physical, and financial resources required (9 marks)
f Details of any external market research assistance if necessary (5 marks)
f Suggested research details including methodologies, research location, sample size and nature of sample (12 marks)
