The overall purpose of this resource manual is to provide evidence that you have met all seven course Learning objectives and to challenge you to exceed them creatively:

1. Knowledge and its application

a. Understanding the leadership competencies associated with emotional and social intelligence, including self-awareness, self-control, empathy, motivation, and collaboration;

b. Identify the typical sources of conflict both internal and external to teams and organizations; 

Evidence shown through:

1.  Theory/knowledge - provide references

2.  Short video clips (3 - 5 minutes) demonstrating further application of concepts/theory/understanding

For each reference, write 2 sentences description of how it supports the terminology to prove you have read
