As a checklist for you, I am looking to see if interview questions are going to elicit information on:

(1) Your interviewee’s route into management

(2) whether the interviewee is a Managerial Hybrid,

(3) if there is a Managerial Gap because the Manager has not adjusted his/her time 

and (4) extent to which the four remedial strategies are used by the organisation.
