In addition to the financial information presented in the balance sheet, there are several non-financial information that could be requested for managerial decision making. The first information that could be requested is the relationship with the customers and the employees. The report on the relationship between the firm and other stakeholders will help in determining the possible life cycle of the organization. The second non-financial report that may be useful in decision making is the number of defect products. The number of defects products will help in determining the competence of the employees and the quality of the technology used. The last information is the number of sales per financial period. The number of sales will also help in giving information on the effectiveness of the sales department (Cardinaels & van Veen-Dirks, 2010).
