Main aim of the project is to do the external and internal environment analysis of your home university/college. The analysis will focus on the current situation with COVID pandemic and restrictions connected to this issue. We would like to know, what are the threats and potential opportunities, how is the school dealing with the situation – what are the strengths and weaknesses. At the end, you will conclude your findings, complete it with your own opinion and suggest recommendations for the future.

Steps:

1. Country description – where the university/school exists, what is the COVID situation in this country, description of the current state

2. Brief description of the university/college and its directions, regulations, restrictions regarding COVID situation

3. External environment analysis – identification of the threats and opportunities for the school, students and the staff

4. Internal environment analysis – identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the school, it´s reaction to the situation

5. EFE and IFE matrix

6. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix

7. Conclusion, own opinion and recommendations

Do not forget to use the references in the text. Formal structure of the project will be also evaluated.

Each team member should be introduced with his/her responsibilities – what was his/her part in the project!!!

The project will be submitted in the Word or PDF format, no shorter than 10 pages, no longer than 15 pages.

The project should be uploaded to a specific section in the MS Teams group of Management Class. The title of the document should include the surnames of the team members.

DEADLINE: 25. 4. 2021

Presentation of the project will be in the form of a power point or PDF presentation. 7 minutes presentation, each team member should present a part of the project.

Note: If we need to keep the classes (even the seminars) in online form (due to the restrictions) the presentation will take place in MS Teams, each team receives a concrete time of the presentation.
