Attitudes, values, and emotions play a vital role and set a clear picture of the organization operating within and outside the organization. If the organization will have negative emotions depicted between employers and employees increases the chances of portraying negative views the outsiders have to the organization. Emotion in organizational behavior has become a major issue in the current world despite a long period of ignorance by many organizations. The emotion on the management of organizational behavior has become the most effective and outstanding revolution in the field of management of many companies.
Current events within last year that deal with attitudes, values, and emotions in organizations and employee engagement are meant to ensure all workers are committed to their work so that the organizational goals and objectives are achieved. The loyalty which is the attitude of the employee towards the organization leads to high productivity and minimizes accidents and wastage of the company's resources. Attitudes, values, and emotions affect organization performance or productivity at a high percentage because they are drivers of organizational operation. The engagement of employees is only carried out when the organization is working and it is based on job satisfaction.
The attitude of empowerment by employees leads to high productivity because is a tool of business success. The two main current events that can be used to address attitudes, values, and emotions in organization and employee engagement are setting goals for every organizational event. The events remain to the purpose of the business and should be mandated to monitor the expectations of the team in both conditions of the operation. The second current event on employee engagement the employer can use is to make sure that the message from the body of governance reaches all the employees using the same channel of delivery by avoiding the hierarchy of employees. This will help to build unity because of equality will be depicted among the colleagues of the organization.
