Management Interview Paper

· Students will conduct an Interview with a Manager. Questions should reflect issues from multiple chapters in the textbook. Depending on the person and his or her responsibilities, you might choose to ask questions regarding leadership style, motivational approaches, personality, values, ethics, roles and/or skills, communication skills or other topics. The paper should be between 4-5 double-spaced pages (no less than four and no more than five). Use Times, 12 pt font, standard margins, and indent new paragraphs (do not double-double space between paragraphs). Do not transcribe your interview word-for-word. Rather, use the notes you make from the interview to describe the manager with whom you visit.  This paper is worth 5% of your grade. This paper may be completed and turned in any time during the semester, but is due no later than the end of the Review Week (Session 15).  Late submission of these papers will not be accepted under any circumstances. You have all semester to conduct and write up this interview, so do not wait until the last minute.
