Main task - Midterm Assessment Essay questions covering the topics from week 1 to 7 (IS, CRM, TPS, SCM, KMS). You may choose any topic to prepare the essay. Examples of possible topics may be: TPS/CRM/SCM/KMS etc. Topic 1: TPS Topic 2: CRM Topic 3: SCM Topic 4: KMS Topic 5: Any other theme we have covered thus far
Guidance on your chosen Topic:
• Discuss the main functionalities of the chosen system in the business environment,
• Elaborate on the benefits of the chosen system and the reasons why a company would implement such a system.
• Provide an example of a company who has implemented your chosen system and explain how this system changed their life for the better.
