1. As mentioned in the Ted Talk by Madeline Albright women who are in powerful role in their careers are constanstly critiqued because they are women. Women in thhose diplomated roles are judged by the way that they dress and the way that they look vesus men whose color of his shirt may not even be known. Men arent judged on the way that they loo nor dress. Albright even spoke about how certain pins that she wore on her jackets where even critized and it was only because she was a women. Men do not have to deal with constant scrutiny as much as women or even at all and why is that. albright, also belived that women are better at balancing personal relationship than men. Women also insert their feelings in making descisions whereas men dont. Albright, also finds that it can be hard balancing motherhood and career when in ceratin roles but belives that women should support women and when they do no they is a certain place in hell for them those kinds of women. I for one believe  that is hard for women to lead because there are still male chauvinist still in exitence and its sad.

2. After watching the Ted Talk about Madeleine Albright, there was many details she spoke about on being a woman and a diplomat. Madeleine Albright was being compared to many things like an “unparalleled serpent” from a paper in Baghdad. So, she talked about how she had the snake pin on her and it has become a motivation for her because she was underestimated by Saddam Hussein. Madeline has become an icon for many women because she was the first female who was the Secretary of State in the United States. In the Ted Talk, Madeleine talked about she as a diplomat was being judged on what she wore and how she looked. On the other hand, the way men wore clothes and how they looked are never judged or described what they are wearing. Many people pay attention on what Madeline and other women wear. Women can have the better advantage on crating balance in their personal relationship. The organization was mainly male and Madeleine was the only female. She knew it was important for her to step out of herself and speak out so her voice can be heard. Women have huge opportunities that they can gain and create something new for themselves and benefit others. Madeleine talked about how there were many women that are not capable on handling and worrying about themselves. Madeleine knew she can to create a change where women know they also can create and empowerment. Women can become politically and economically empowered and where the values of that can be passed down to others. Women can create a voice for themselves and other women where they can be leaders and make the changes needed. There are current challenges that are still going on today, however the change has started for women to know they also can create a difference. For example, Kamala Harris is the first female Vice President and highest-ranking female official in United States history. She is also the first African American and first Asian American Vice President which does mean a lot. Many women are inspiring to make a voice and create a difference. She has faced many adversities in the past and currently, but she knows she will inspire women about leadership and empowerment.

3. After watching the ted talk, I see that women can constantly be judged based on the clothes they wear which mark as almost demeaning since fashion should not really have an impact that is heavy. Women had dealt with issues that seem to oppress their choices in society and there may be those who refuse to see past the gender regardless of their rankings. In the Ted Talk, Madeline discusses the importance and impact of being a diplomat. A diplomat is considered a huge accomplishment and she wanted to push women's issues into foreign policy since women's issues are considered difficult. There are some countries that violate women's

rights. There have been stories of women conquering issues that tend to gain the attention of society and an example of this would be Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf who won the presidency of Liberia from 2006 to 2018 and rewarded a Nobel peace prize. She is was currently appointed to the Development Advisory Council. Like Hillary Clinton, she made a change in the presidency upon the women of africa.

4. From the TED Talk Madeleine brought up several interesting topics on the topic and it was very interesting to listen to. She talked about how being a woman diplomat is harder and people just judge, even she got judged because of what she was wearing. Men don't easily get judged or no one really talks behind their back, so why can't women have that. Another great point she brought up was the leadership role because this can show that they can be independent and are capable of handling situations. Madeleine brought up how it's hard to balance different roles but it's important for everyone to support each other. It's definitely hard to be a mother and have a huge role, but she has time management. She made a huge difference by stepping up for herself.

5. There are mainly two points to Madeleine Albright's discussion. The first being that men and women are treated differently, but not equally in like roles, in this case it was in diplomatic and leadership roles. The next point was having balance in filling these types of roles, basically letting others take a leadership role that earned the shot.Everybody can generally identify with being treated differently then others on a job for what is basically a label or what a certain gender or type of person one  may be considered. People make false assumption in many instances in life about others they may otherwise not have any clear conseption of.
