Management and Organization
Healthy Alkaline Water 4U have a simple organizational structure due to the small size of the company. Leadership is the backbone of any business and if the management fails, the other departments are likely to fail as well (Tran, & Tian, 2013). It is a good thing that the business top individuals are the shareholders with experience and passion in the business venture they are starting. The business have the following positions;
Daniel A. Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Is the highest position, holds the highest shares and have the most investment. The task includes overseeing the overall running of the business and decision making. Daniel has no previous experience in NAB industry. He founded in 2019, which is now a $150K in sales in less than 1 years. Current suppliers includes supermarkets, health spas, gyms, delivery service and retail. He previously served in a variety of management positions in the United States Army National Guard (USARNG) since 1996. He has a B.A. degree in Resource and Technology Management from Troy University, and a M.B.A from Strayer University
Richard Highmore, Vice President/ Treasurer/Accounting - Richard assist with the day to day operation of the business. He manages all Human Resource functions, data and software programs. Richard have over 26 years of experience as a Financial Management Officer and recently retired from that position in the USARNG. He owns a consulting firm in Lorton, Virginia. Mr. Higmore graduated with honors from Purdue University Global, NH and completed graduate level courses in Accounting at St. Leo University. He is a licensed CPA in Virginia.
Caleb Levi, Production / Sales and marketing - Caleb ensures the working operation of all water production system and supervises three employees. He has 12 years of experience in sales and marketing at Coca Cola Company. He is a Reservist in the USARNG and recently retired from Coca Cola. He functions in training and supervising the staff and meeting production and delivery goals. He monitors research to stay abreast of new and developing trends to stay ahead of the competition (Davis, 2014).
Alex Romero, Inventory/Dispatch Manager/Driver - Alex has 4 years’ experience in customer service with Federal Express. He is responsible for inventory and delivery services. He has an Associate in Arts degree from Pine View Community College. Works with the marketing department and provide customer support to retail and manage delivery processes.
Dylan and Shelby are both high school graduate with previous experience in retail from various summer jobs at the local mall.
