· Mode of transport = air, ocean, etc

· Waybill number = make up a number

· Exporting country = the country which product is coming from

· Company name = make up a name

· Title = make up as well

· Duty rate = go back up a cell or so because they do not repeat the same number for the productr on the HTSUS website.
