Team Final Report and Team Summary Due: 25 June 2020

GUIDELINES

1. Based on the CAPSIM Ops simulation. 2. Instructions – Develop a brief report in Word addressing the following:

a. Identify and discuss the primary strategic approach you took in the simulation and your logic for why.

b. Did the priorities or tactics change as the simulation went along? If so, how and why? If not, why?

c. What were the results and where you satisfied? Why or why not? d. What were your greatest challenges and surprises during the simulation? e. Given what you know now, what would you do differently? Explain your

logic.

f. What is the consensus of the team as to the value of this simulation to your educational experience?

3. Length – One or two pages but more are ok as long as you are making a point. 4. Layout – Use numbers, bullet points, or headings to identify the section that answers each

question. Repeat the question then add your response that represents the consensus of the

team.

5. Presentation – Include a title page with the names of your company and each executive on your team. Each team should submit just one to the dropbox.

6. Graphics - Graphics, charts, pictures, art are ok if they add to your discussion and help clarify some point.

7. Citations/References – Give credit for work that is not yours by citing the source in the body of the report and providing the complete references at the end. See APA lite for

guidance.

8. Grade/Point Value – 20 pts. (2% of total)
