I am a third year student majoring in Environmental/Ecological Engineering with a double minor in Sustainable Water and Global Environmental Sustainability. Your position of Energy Institute Student Ambassador caught my attention. My background and experiences align with the expectations of this position. I am glad that your Center promotes and encourages clean energy solutions and activities for the CSU faculty, staff and students to participate in.

My organizational and communication skills are well demonstrated in my work and academic experiences. I am really excited to work as a team member. I am a UN Youth Delegate who represents the youth from all around the world. Part of my role is to meet, engage with young leaders to discuss ideas and find ways to achieve the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations. The main goal for me is to create partnerships with organizations concerning the sustainable development goals, which include the improvement of affordable and clean energy. In addition to that, I have experiences in taking over social media accounts for several clubs and organizations that I joined. I can state that I'm a social individual who likes meeting new people and building healthy relationships with many others. I always try to encircle myself with smart, attentive and motivating individuals so as to understand my own potential.

For now, as a young leader, I am in search of adventure, challenge, and the richness of a platform and community to foster positive change for the future. I feel that I am prepared for this position to help and enhance the work of the CSU Energy Institute. I am keen on meeting with you to see what I can contribute to the CSU Energy Institute as it moves on in its journey to promote renewable energy in the CSU campus.
