Instructions to begin your Histogram Assignment:

In this assignment, you will create a Histogram representing Quiz 1 grades for your entire MSN5300 class following the instructions below. There are several steps; please ensure you complete all of them in sequential order.

1. Copy the list of quiz scores (ctrl c) from the document you have just downloaded. Be sure to include the scores from the second page as well.

2. Click here to go to the Histogram Generator.

3. Delete any numbers that currently appear in the Histogram Generator column by clicking 'Clear' located at the bottom of the column.

4. Paste (ctrl v) the list of Quiz scores in the column, then click 'Calculate'. Do not change any of the settings, as the correct settings are there by default.

5. A Histogram representing the distribution of quiz scores will appear. At this point, you can change the color of the histogram and/or background using the color palettes provided. Be creative!

6. Save the Histogram image to your computer as a png as follows: Right click on 'save image' just below the Histogram, then click on 'open image in new tab'.  Locate the image in the new tab, right click on the image, then click on 'save image as' and save to your computer as a png file. DO NOT save as a web page. 

7. Click here to go to Padlet where the rest of the assignment will be completed. You will find further instructions waiting for you there.
