As a group, we were thinking about multiple businesses that can help community, useful and we can gain profit. So, nothing special than choosing a company that helps people and make a big different in the society. Our project about home care service for elderly people that over 65 years old and disabled people. We employ qualified nurses to take comprehensive care of the elderly and the handicapped, which includes taking care of cleaning, ensuring good and delicious food, and also ensuring that their medicines are taken on time and comprehensively providing their needs by giving them the sufficient amount of tenderness and safety. We choose magic hands as a name for our business to give the reader a feeling that our agents really between magic hands, taking care of them and making them feel warm and safe and that they are not alone.

We need this business in Kuwait because in Kuwait there are few businesses like this, and most of the time the elderly or the handicapped have to go to the hospital to receive treatment also if they need care, as many of them cannot go to the hospital and if they need a nurse the price is high for them, so they cannot pay for it. but, in our business, the prices are reasonable, and many people can pay for it. In addition, under these circumstances, specifically the spread of Covid 19, we follow preventive steps against the disease and make sure that the patient receives all his treatments. Other than that, our patient care is special were the nurses are professional in taking care of the patients so that they can feel fully rest. This will add comfort to people who are sick, and there are some people who cannot go out so we will take care of them in their home. Also, it helps them to get everything they need, including medicines and treatments, as well as the checks that any patient undergoes.

As a team, we are confident in the ability of our project to be consistent among all similar projects because we focus on community service before money, and also our project does not exist much of it in Kuwait, so if we focus on being the best in the field, many clients will come to us, so we trust that the service for love and help is better. Much more than making money. We are keen to reduce the price of our service, since it is a home care, so that everyone can experience our service. Also, we are keen to provide customers with monthly offers and discounts to give them all their demands.

The mission of Magic Hands Elderly Care Center is to enable the senior citizens and disabled to lead a satisfying and holistic life by providing high-quality medical care and supportive services that will promote the well-being of the elderly and achieve independence. The vision of Magic Hands Elderly is to be the leading institution in promoting the well-being of the elderly and people living with disabilities through becoming more than just a home for the senior citizens. Providing a home for the elderly and people with disabilities is a relatively new concept in Kuwait. Therefore, there is little to no competition. This means that the organization will enjoy monopoly privileges such as a favorable pricing strategy before entering a similar business in the industry. Also, there will be no need for extensive marketing that is done when competing with rival companies. Therefore, little resources will be used in marketing.

As a team, we thought a lot about how to design a comfortable logo for the eye and give people a clear idea of the project, as it is said (being impressed upon seeing the first impression). The hands in the logo are the ultimate care, and as the logo shows, there is a body between the hands, indicating complete physical care. The beige colour represents the background of the logo, which is comfortable for the eyesight, and it is a light colour that expresses the serenity. We put the project name in large and bold font to clarify the name and wrote the method of our work arched to show the aesthetic.
