Creating the Report

Literature

Excellent description of the barriers that confront identification consisted of integrating volunteers into pre-test samples, i.e., these specifying ethnic background from the N=10, which given administered interviews, was as pointed out as a personal approach a good strategy.  As no preexisting instrument then implemented validity of the survey with literature review as a key.  International trade risk (ITR) trade allegories in the age of survey provisions are dependent on voluntary unbiased cooperation from those participating in the interactive process that tag strengths and weakness and on purpose drove research project, follows Desai (2016).

Study Target

The study identifies protesting as a crucial part of increasing validity. Broad global coverage of topics, such as business, economics, and company profiles regarding health-based issues in international trading.  The data analysis building dichotomy will be used to provide a contextualized qualitative design framework based on the various aspects of Cloud computing proliferation concerning cybersecurity and privacy issues.

Design

The four ways of delivering on the Cloud are: (a) public Cloud, (b) private Cloud, (c) community Cloud, and (d) hybrid delivery and Survey Monkey.  Each delivery method has numerous security issues like network configuration, Internet protocols, and vulnerabilities showy protection a protective competitive environmental-level working best for larger capitalized project.  Formulation into foreign markets in respect to the subject matter intention requires risk assessments that can account for internal and external components focused on border procedures.

Summery

In summary, the analysis provided in Desai  (2008) explains risk associations can be much more than complex logistical and financial legal problems forming in markets. Research is proactively investigating financial activities cross national boundaries during specific periods of the transaction as in recorded by Ricard’s model some interest directions are in opposition to needs of the greater society efficiencies.

Changes

A central problem is the creative stagnation social/political inspired ensures the hoarding of wealth part of a model of denial of resources to other social programs.  Programs legislated from different governmental play is then a role in watering down friendly wealth trickle down to dependent credit rating measured in basis points. Points representing a fraction of structural capital substances is what Desai (2008) core of financial function indicating a gut reaction from participants to inflict a global human condition in light of moral and ethical guidelines as noted in global and regulations from data mine fields.

Collection

In the proposed study use of reflexivity was used as a narrative device (Creswell, 2009, p. 213).  Questionnaires will be mailed to selected individuals asking them to, respond to the research questions while assuring data privacy.  The data collection will be used to help formulate a comprehensive data set using Yes/No answers closed ended.

Strategy

The design base focuses on experimental style in developing features usually acceptable.  Survey RQ's are prepared appropriately worded straightforward clearly stated in step by step process.  Surveys purpose is getting accurate information reducing stress on the respondent in the interview of a self-tested mechanism as a data collection identify RQ’s stated in the propositions questions.

Baseline Applied Approach

Evaluation of traditional beliefs in data sorting coded with categorical labeling forming a qualitative interpretive phenomenological cognition documentation approach in tactical response following three vital elements in phenomenological research hermeneutics and ideographic data collection. General accepted academic IRB findings design question opportunities for the study as specified follows ridge scientific determinants outlined in IRB academic standards and is the original production from a dissertation team.

RESEARCH TOPIC MEMO

Date: August 18, 2018

To: Professor Michelle Cheasty-Christ and RT038-T R01 Applied Research students

From: LaRobin White

Subject: The Experience of Underprivileged African-American Students

The purpose of this memo is to begin to develop a research project on the experience of underprivileged African-American students. This memo will explore focused research questions and how to go about researching the answers to these questions. This memo will also explore how this research can contribute the administrative and teachers regarding team knowledge of best practices of underprivileged African-American students learning environment.

The Problem to be Researched

Making the decision to attend college, is not on everyone’s to do list. Dulabaum (2016) has found that most African-Americans who were underprivileged students in school will have less chances succeeding in comparison with any other students. In fact, in her study she mentioned barriers that besides being underprivileged hinders the success rate of these students. These barriers were listed as discrimination, miscommunication with instructors and counselors, family, cultural expectations, lack of college readiness, lack of focus, and the need for extra support from teachers, counselors, and administrative leaders.

The Department of Education (2018) reports that the underprivileged African-American students’ academic readiness can lead to generational curses that repeat the same behaviors such as low dropout rates, and inadequate academic preparation. Many studies have shown that the underprivileged students are not afforded many opportunities but what if a better school environment could help change those academic readiness rates with underprivileged African Americans? Along with this new research, there are many questions to be answered about this broad topic that can turn into a program evaluation to assist with improving the students learning environment.

Researching Questions

To find the answer to these questions, I will use a qualitative approach for this research. The qualitative approach will attempt to discover appropriate frames and positions needed to focus on the experience and understandings of underprivileged African-American students. Creswell (1998) has found that qualitative research is, an inquiry process of understanding based on distinct methodological traditions of inquiry that explores a social or human problem.

Researching Questions

This research study will first, examine recent literature and later use in-depth interview questions to further the research study. The research study will use prior research for comparison to the individuals research that will also be conducted’. The research will also include different ethnic backgrounds of teachers and compare students who are in different learning environments.

Conclusion

After reviewing, all the information from the various sources, I believe that the research can positively contribute to the knowledge of teachers and the administrative team I work with. I will use to this research to implement a new program for underprivileged school in the Chicagoland area but will focus on the underprivileged students where I work. This could change how teachers at my school structure their lessons plan as well as interactions with students and eventually lead to students succeeding against all the barriers that are listed above.
