In a culturally diverse workplace, team members differ in their thinking, experience, background, working habits, emotions, personalities, and behaviors. They can also differ in physical characteristics such as height, race, color, age, gender, and physical abilities. Identify three ways in which diversity will impact your leadership style and employee development strategies.
