The administrative costs at the daycare facility will include advertising costs and electricity and water costs among other utilities. The daycare facility will be home-based; therefore, we will have no rent to pay monthly. The manager to oversee the business will be a family member, in particular, my mother. Child care business advertisements costs range between $15 to $25 per advertisement. There will be at least 4 advertisements per month for at least four months at $20 totaling to $80 per month times 4 months $320 per year. The average electricity cost will be $125 per month and water at $35 per month totaling to $1500 and $420 per year respectively. Administrative costs at the daycare will total to $2,240 per year.
