Water Injustice Paper Follow up

Return to the case of water injustice that you outlined during the first week. Building on your original description, further describe components of lack of water access based on lectures and readings from the week. What elements of injustice are occurring that you had not previously seen? Can you describe how state, political agency, and marginality are shaping access or lack of access?
