· There are 2 parts to this week’s Assignment: an abbreviated Scope Statement and a sample Stakeholder Engagement Plan
· Scope Statement:
· Write a Scope Statement based on one of the projects that you identified in the Module 1 Individual Exercise. You won’t be writing a full scope statement, but you will write a Project Objective Statement, ROM estimates (Rough Order of Magnitude estimate) for both Schedule & Cost, list the major Deliverables of the project, and identify 2 Business Goals with Success criteria.

· Stakeholder Engagement Plan:
· Write a Stakeholder Engagement Plan for 4 Stakeholders from the project that you selected. Identify the Stakeholder; list their category; rate their level of Interest and Influence; assess attitude towards your project, then write a plan to engage them in your project. Try to select stakeholders from different categories to write a strong and varied exercise.
