· There are 2 parts to this week’s Assignment: an abbreviated Scope Statement and a sample Stakeholder Engagement Plan

· Scope Statement:

· Write a Scope Statement based on one of the projects that you identified in the Module 1 Individual Exercise. You won’t be writing a full scope statement, but you will write a Project Objective Statement, ROM estimates (Rough Order of Magnitude estimate) for both Schedule & Cost, list the major Deliverables of the project, and identify 2 Business Goals with Success criteria.

Schedule Estimate	· What is your best ROM estimate of Schedule for the project as a whole? · Write a 1-sentence explanation of how you arrived at the estimate

Cost Estimate	· What is your best ROM estimate of Cost for the project as a whole? · Write a 1-sentence explanation of how you arrived at the estimate

Deliverables	What is the main Deliverable of the project? (i.e., what is the Product or Service that you will turn over to the customer once the project is complete?

	List all of the major Sub-Deliverables needed to produce the main Deliverable of the Project. There should be at least 5 items on your list

· Stakeholder Engagement Plan:

· Write a Stakeholder Engagement Plan for 4 Stakeholders from the project that you selected. Identify the Stakeholder; list their category; rate their level of Interest and Influence; assess attitude towards your project, then write a plan to engage them in your project. Try to select stakeholders from different categories to write a strong and varied exercise.
